Thank you so much for attending the inaugural Tufts University Cellular Agriculture Innovation Day. The event was a resounding success, in no small part due to your enthusiastic participation.
We're excited to share that the event has been covered by The Boston Globe, Alt-Meat, Food Navigator, The Spoon, Bloomberg, and Food Matters. A story from CNN quoted several presenters, including host David Kaplan. Tufts Now, the university's online magazine, published an article about the event this week; the “What Is Cellular Agriculture?” video that President Monaco introduced at the event is now live as well.
We plan to convene more events focused on Cellular Agriculture and other innovative topics in the future, including a virtual Cell Ag event later this year. Be sure to follow us on LinkedIn to learn more.
